Welcome to the team, Dr Michaela Betts!

We are SO THRILLED to finally share some very exciting news with everyone...
MEET DR MICHAELA BETTS - OUR NEW VETERINARY SURGEON!    
Michaela qualified in 2018 from the Royal Veterinary College in London, where her love for all things exotic began!
She has been working in general practice in East Sussex since graduating whilst also shadowing at exotics referral centres and wildlife hospitals in her spare time.
Her favourite part of the job is getting to know her patients and occasionally bribing them with treats.
She is most looking forward to getting to meet all of the brilliant animals that come through our doors and working within a team dedicated to helping the more weird and wonderful!  

She lives with her two rescue rabbits: Wilf and Martha, as well as her hamster, Sir Percival!    
She is passionate about the health and welfare of all species (scaled, feathered, and furred alike) and has a particular affinity for small mammals.
