There are multiple ways to get in contact to organise assistance for your exotic pets! Here are some:

We will ensure that your query gets dealt with as soon as possible, by an appropriate member of the team!
Download the FREE Petsapp app on your phone or tablet and message us instantly to register your pet, book an appointment, request a repeat prescription, send progress photos/videos or ask us a query, from the comfort of your sofa!
We also use Petsapp to send you instant updates and photos of your pets, while they are in our care.
If you would prefer to speak to someone over the phone regarding your exotic pets needs, you can give the client care team a call on 01502 447 501.
Whitworth Vet Practice
We provide our own 24/7 emergency care & out of hours service for you and your pets.
If you require urgent assistance from our exotic vets, outside of the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm or over the weekend, then please call the usual switch board number 01502 447 501 and dial 1 to be transferred to the on-call vet.
Book your pet to come and see us for a face-to-face consultation at our main practice in Wangford, Suffolk.
Our address is: Suffolk Exotic Vets, Pound Corner, Blacksmiths Close, Wangford, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 8RS. (We are above Wangford Vet Clinic!)
At the main clinic we have x-ray, ultrasound, laboratory, anaesthesia, surgery and hospitalisation facilities.
Dr Thomas also holds consultation days at Whitworth's Vets near Felixstowe.
The address is: Whitworth Vets Practice, Station Yard, Station Road, Trimley St Mary, Felixstowe, IP11 0UB.
These clinic days are on a Saturday, and are at the moment only held once every six weeks (approximately.)
It is important to note that we do not have the full facilities available here, so the appointments are purely for presenting problems, general health checks, follow-up checks and basic services such as nail trims/beak burrs.
If your pet is in need of investigations or surgery, this will need to booked in at the Wangford practise.
